1. 60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all tags included

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable”

3. RETURN PROCESS

5. EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for:

  • Damaged items

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, including change-of-mind purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must use the shipping method or return label provided by us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent independently.


7. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing by your bank or card provider

Partial refunds may be issued if returned items are used, damaged, or incomplete.


8. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
